Many of you will already have heard but for everyone’s information, we are deeply saddened to confirm the untimely death of one of our residents and Town Councillors, Nigel Hopper, following a very short illness. We send our deepest condolences and sympathy to Amanda, to Nigel’s mother and to his family and friends.
As well as being a Town Councillor, Nigel has been an active member of a number of groups and organisations in Middleham and his practical contributions to the quality of life here will be greatly missed by so many of us.
Details of Nigel’s funeral service will be shared with everyone as soon as they can be confirmed.
